With a degree in hospitality Kate has been with us since 2004, and now manages the It’s The Agency head office team.

Named Contract Sales Person of the Year 2009 at the prestigious Cost Sector Catering Awards, Kate and her team make it their business to ensure that every client’s event exceeds expectation. Kate’s passion and drive to remain ahead of her corporate competitors is second to none; this guarantees the client the best possible event experience in London.

Food: ‘Golden Lamb’ – Clothworkers’ Hall’s most popular signature dish!
Golden brioche crusted rump of lamb with saffron potato fondant, minted pea purée and a light lamb Jus. Worthy of a food Oscar!

Claire has been with us for over four years and manages our on-site sales team members who are based in our unique and specialist venues in and around London.  From Canary Wharf to the West End, to ZSL London Zoo, these are the people who ensure that It's The Agency always delivers exactly what the client wants.


Claire is focused on developing the team to get the best results possible for the venues, whilst also working closely with Kate to drive ITA forward.

Food: Beef Wellington or Rack of Lamb, Dauphinoise potatoes – delicious! 
Drink: A well-made cocktail – mojito or a decent red to eat with my steak!
Fear: Snakes - even seeing that word makes me feel ill!
Love: The product counter in Selfridges
Holiday: Somewhere new to me, hot with a beach and a little bit of adventure – Cuba is next on the list!

Favourite ITA Venue: The In & Out – this is where I began my ITA life!

Nicola started with the company over 5 years ago and has since worked in various roles from Events Coordinator, to Sales Executive leading to a more niche position looking after the wedding division for It's The Agency.

Nicola's natural ability to relate to people and her 'work hard' attitude ensures all her clients receive the high level of service they all deserve. Kick starting the wedding division from scratch, Nicola has helped nurture and develop one of the best wedding services in London!

Food: Sirloin steak (fillet if its pay day!) with seasonal vegetables and large glass of merlot (or bottle - again if its pay day!)
Drink: Gin & tonic with lots of freshly squeezed lime
Fear: Things that go bump in the night!
Love: Mum & dad
Holiday: Anywhere cheap and cheerful - perhaps a bit of European sun with great company, good book and drinkable wine!

Described by others in the team as the ‘fountain of all knowledge’ due to her extensive experience within the company, however Vicki is equally a dizzy blonde at times! 
Vicki leads the team of Events Coordinators and manages team inductions and training for all new starters within ITA.

Food: Chinese – spring rolls & king prawn chow mein – yum!
Drink: Dr Pepper, or sparkling rosé wine
Fear: Spiders & the dark
Love: Rollercoasters & shoes
Holiday: New York and Disney World (Florida) – can’t choose one!

After completing a degree in Hospitality Management at Bournemouth University I decided to move to the big City! London presents enormous opportunities and It's The Agency has given me that platform and insight in what to expect for my future. 

After working in a number of hospitality roles; including a 6 month position (holiday!) in Walt Disney World, Florida, I am delighted to be joining the It's The Agency team to help develop new business opportunities. I feel very lucky to be working across a number of iconic London venues with a great team who make sure every event has its own personality.

Food: Chinese and Thai - the spicier the better!
Drink: A well mixed cocktail will win me over any time - Perkin Reveller have my current fave on the menu.
Fear: Skiing - luckily it's easily avoided!
Love: Planning a get together for friends or family
Holiday: Barcelona - perfect mix of city and beaches

Favourite ITA Venue: Haberdashers' Hall - perfect location between city and west end and they have outdoor space if we ever have a glimpse of English sunshine!

During my Events Management degree at Leeds Metropolitan I spent my placement year at It's The Agency and fell in love with the industry so I couldn't resist coming back for more fabulous experiences!

Favourite ITA Venue: Haberdashers' Hall - The courtyard steals the show for me! Being a relatively undiscovered Summer party venue gives us a 'secret garden' which is a mixture of fresh and traditional. And of course not forgetting the amazing Livery Hall.
