Prince Albert Suite

The regally decorated Prince Albert Suite with it's private terrace and zoological lawn, is our largest and one of our most versatile event spaces. The room boasts a fixed bar, dance floor, plenty of natural daylight through wall to wall windows and double height ceilings, making this room ideal for both conferences and social entertaining. The Prince Albert Suite overlooks the new stunning South American styled Penguin Beach.
Prince Albert Terrace & Lawn

Adjacent to the Prince Albert Suite is its very own private terrace and zoological lawn. This is our largest and one of our most versatile event spaces.
For summer entertaining why not host a barbeque on the terrace and lawn?

Mappin Pavillion

This beautifully restored pavilion from the 1920’s breaks out onto views of wallabies and emus in their homely Australian ‘Outback’. The pavilion’s 360 degree views continue to the rear where Regent’s Park can be seen through floor to ceiling windows. Mappin Pavilion’s warm neutral elegance needs little theming, but does provide a stunning blank canvas if you so wish. This room is frequently used for small conferences, receptions and dinners, BBQ’s as well as wedding ceremonies and receptions.

Raffles Suite

The Raffles Suite with its fixed bar and outside summer seating offers a more contemporary twist to the Mappin Pavilion and Prince Albert Suite. Raffles is available for evening hire and is perfect for parties and informal barbecues of up to 90 seated guests or 150 standing. With ZSL London Zoo’s newest attraction, Penguin Beach, only a stone’s throw away, why not have drinks with the rock hoppers then retire to Raffles for a barbecue and a DJ to play you into the night?

Huxley Lecture Theatre & Bartlett Room

The Huxley Lecture Theatre can hold up to 200 guests in fixed tiered seating and boasts its own private foyer, ideal for registration and refreshment breaks. When booking the Huxley, you will also have complimentary access to an adjoining room, the Bartlett Room which can extend the seating in the lecture theatre to 220, or provide a small exhibition space. The theatre also has its own audio visual booth and complimentary technician for your event.

Barclay Court

Barclay Court is a large courtyard in the centre of the zoo grounds. This area is ideal for larger receptions or barbeques from 350 to 2000 guests, or 2200 when combined with the Gorilla Kingdom for family fun days or barbeques.

Bartlett Room

Whilst the Huxley features traditional fixed tiered seating, the Bartlett is more versatile and can be booked alone to be used for training, presentations, a base for away days, or simply as a boardroom.
You will also have access to the private foyer that has plenty of natural daylight and is an ideal place for registration, refreshments, or a simple lunch.

London Zoo’s world famous animal houses offer a unique alternative to the traditional cocktail reception! These exceptional settings and live exhibits are ideal for corporate entertaining, they are the perfect icebreaker, and they will certainly give your guests a talking point! Or the Animal Houses can simply provide a unique twist to your event.
You have a choice of nine Animal Houses ranging from the world renowned Gorilla Kingdom to the brand new Penguin Beach to the Lion Terrace; you are truly spoilt for choice!
We can offer a variety of catering anything from Bellini’s to barbecues!

Council Room

Character flows from the Council Room as it proudly displays styled panelling and antique paintings of past ZSL patrons. Modernised to accommodate 20 delegates in a boardroom style to including air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and A.V. equipment.
